The star of the show is, of course, The Caws. It features a single dry-aged beef patty, Cawsburger's famous burger sauce, American cheese, lettuce, and gherkins. But the menu doesn't stop there.
Prepare your taste buds for The Big Scrofa, a creation that combines a dry-aged beef patty with Cibo's homemade sliced porchetta, rosemary mayo, provolone cheese, and fig jam. This burger is a true masterpiece of flavours.
And what's a burger without some fantastic sides? We're bringing you three incredible options. First, the Fried Lasagne Bites, made from Nonna's lasagna, cut up and deep-fried, served with spicy marinara sauce and cloudy parmesan. Then, we have the Halloumi Fries, served with jalapeƱo relish for a spicy kick. Finally, you can't go wrong with the Pepperoni Fries, which are Koffmann fries topped with pepperoni slices, hot honey, and a pepperoni ranch drizzle.
