Cawsburger was born in Hitchin with one mission — to make burgers that actually taste like something. Built on dry-aged beef, gluten-free fried chicken that crunches just right, and fries worth the hype. What started as a small idea between food lovers has grown into one of Hertfordshire's favourite burger restaurant — fuelled by graft, flavour, and a community that knows good food when they taste it.
We're proud to call Hitchin home — and even prouder to feed the people who make it what it is. The Beginning
We launched our burgers at Groundworks Cafe, selling out every single weekend thanks to the incredible support of the Hitchin community.
Our Home
In June 2022, we found our own home, where we continue to serve what has been called "one of the best burgers in the UK."
