Having spent years food blogging and eating the best burgers in London… We were fed up of there not being a great burger in Hertfordshire... So we thought it was time to finally bring a serious burger to Hitchin…
We spent months of the national lockdown developing our signature beef patty with our butcher. Once we were ready we started serving our burgers from Groundworks Cafe... Our fellow Hitchiners went absoloutely crazy for our beef, and we were selling out every weekend... We finally got our own home in June 22' and here we are... Hitchin now has have what has been described as “one of the best burgers in the U.K.”.
